Dispone di una tastiera a 76 tasti, polifonia massima di 128 voci e della possibilità di suonare sopra delle basi archiviate (nei formati Mp3, Wav, Aiff e Smf) in un supporto esterno USB.
Inoltre offre la possibilità di collegare un microfono per mezzo di un ingresso XLR con tanto di alimentazione phantom. Con la pressione di un tasto, Juno-Stage diventa una master keyboard.
